Role
De Senior Product Product Owner zal onze (toekomstige) partners ondersteunen bij product/software uitdagingen.
De Senior Product Owner werkt op een dagelijkse basis met 1-2 partners om de partners te helpen met het opzetten en het aansturen en de 25Friday software development teams.
Business visie van de partner vertalen naar een haalbare, voorspelbare en transparante roadmap
Inrichten, opzetten en faciliteren van de software development teams (in de rol van Product Owner)
Samenwerken met de accountmanager en CEO van 25Friday om goed beeld te krijgen van de verwachtingen van de partner
Samenwerken met de het Talent & Culture Team in Portugal om de juiste software developers aan de software development team (s) toe te te voegen
Who are you?
Product management: Kennis en ervaring in product management tools en technieken zoals product roadmapping tools, agile way of working, UX/MVP prototyping, en SaaS-flows
Stakeholder management en communicatie vaardigheden: Uitstekende stakeholder management en communicatie vaardigheden om met CEOs, founders en investeerders de product roadmap te bespreken
Klantgerichtheid: In staat zijn om de behoeften, wensen en verwachtingen van klanten te vertalen naar een succesvolle dienstverlening
Taal: Vloeiend Engels om dagelijks met het 25Friday development team in Portugal te communiceren
WO Bedrijfskunde/Informatica/Bedrijfseconomie
Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als Product Owner
