Role
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications and requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing of software products to identify defects, functionality gaps, and performance issues.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and gather necessary information for testing.
Participate in design and requirement review meetings to ensure testability and identify potential areas of concern.
Report and track defects using bug tracking systems, providing detailed information about the issues discovered.
Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been successfully fixed and to verify the overall system stability.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
Participate in the release management process by assessing the software's readiness for deployment.
Conduct performance, load, and stress testing as necessary to ensure the software meets scalability requirements.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues and help in their resolution.
Who are you?
4+ years of experience as QA Engineer;
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques.
Experience with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
Knowledge of programming languages and scripting for test automation (e.g., Cypress Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
